You must read this before attending your appointment.
Guidelines and policies are placed in order to protect the safety of clients and staff.These policies and guidelines need to be followed at all times during the appointment.Failure to comply may result in therapist to cancel appointment.
1- We have a strict no guest policy.
2- Please bring a face mask upon arrival.
3-Please wash hands and use sanitiser.
4-If you have any symptoms please inform us in advance.We'd advise for you to take a lateral flow test before hand.
5-DO NOT book if you have been around someone with COVID-19 or display any symptoms.
1.Cancellation policy-Allow 24/48 hours notice for any cancellations and rescheduling .If clients fail to meet this requirement it may result in losing booking fee.(You may use deposit/booking fee to reschedule )This policy is in place as the slot is difficult to replace. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
2-Early/late policy:Please turn up on time to you appointment as the therapist may still be working on another client.If you do show up early please wait until your allocated time.If you are late please note that we may be able to turn you down after 15mins and lateness may result in less coverage of lash set.
3-NO GUEST POLICY-We have a no guest policy in place.
4-NO MAKEUP-This can result to poor retention of lashes.Please ensure you arrive with no eye makeup.
5-OTHER TECHNICIANS WORK: We do not fill in other technicians work,if you have a set on from another technician please let us know beforehand as we will have to book you in for a removal beforehand which will be at an extra cost.Due to the high quality in products used at thelashvault we do not fill in other technicians work.
6-LASTLY WE DO NOT TOLERATE OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES
